Gnocchi with pesto are really easy to prepare, colourful and really tasty. Pesto is a fantastic, intense and aromatic accompaniment – and popular with everyone.
Ingredients for 2 people:
1 packet of Colavita potato gnocchi
1 jar of Colavita pesto
50g of grated grana (or other hard cheese)
Salt
Fresh basil
Bring a large pan of slightly salter water to the boil. Immerse the gnocchi until they rise to the top of the pan.
Spoon the pesto into a large bowl and mix together with the grated cheese. Drain the gnocchi and mix with the pesto and a few spoons of water from the pan.
Serve with fresh basil leaves.
